About Us

In 1978, William “Bill” Weil founded, venturing into the water and waste water equipment industry with just two employees and 5 principles. Over the years, the company saw great growth and prosperity, gaining skilled employees and gathering a strong base of manufacturers.

W.C. Weil Company continued to thrive under new ownership in 2002, when Bill sold the company to his salesman Greg Madia. Greg built on the strong foundation set by his predecessor and looked forward with a big vision: Adding a service element to sales, encouraging better and longer business relationships. In the past decade, W.C. Weil has seen much development and change, including a move to a 9330 square foot facility – complete with a fully equipped service shop, fulfilling Greg’s aspiration to allow his team to service the equipment it sells.

This is one of the many examples of the company’s commitment to customer care: Clients also benefit from a unique consultative approach to each and every project. Throughout the entire process, from concept to design phase to services like product start-up, inspection, repairs, and asset management, W.C. Weil strives to meet all possible water and waste water needs. These ideals, plus incredible attention to detail, make W.C. Weil Company a great and appreciated resource for all the communities it serves.
